Your charity or social enterprise doesn't need to be a CAN Mezzanine resident customer to book a meeting or conference room at one of our locations.
To book a room you will first need to register online for our booking system.
Once this is done you can then access the system, check the availability and type of rooms for each building and book rooms easily as and when you need too.

In our CAN Mezzanine locations we provide disabled facilities and access.
All our customers and guest can use our shared kitchens, but we ask everyone to clean after theirselves and respect the other people in the building.
We provide tea, coffee and milk.
We don't offer parking spaces or catering facilities.
Unfortunately, we do not provide the set up of our meeting rooms. We kindly request our customers to set up the room as they prefer and to leave it as they found it.
Of course! You can decide to tour our locations to see if they can suits your organisation's need. We suggest to fill in our enquiry form: our sales team will be in touch with you usually in the first 24h to discuss your needs and schedule a date!
