Social Enterprise Day – SEUK's #WhoKnew Campaign

Social Enterprise Day – SEUK's #WhoKnew Campaign

Coined by Social Enterprise UK, Social Enterprise Day on the 17th November, is an opportunity for the 70,000 social enterprises across the UK to shout about the good work they're doing and the difference they're making. This year SEUK invite social enterprises and their customers to share their work by getting involved in its #whoknew campaign.

Get involved!

1. Print off the #whoknew sign and write a short message about a social enterprise.

2. Take a photo holding the sign and post it to social media with the hashtags #whoknew and #SocialEnterprise Day between Monday 14th and Thursday 17th November.

3. Don't forget to tag @SocialEnt_UK along with the organisation you're tweeting about.

Here's one from CAN as an example!

We are more than just office space!

CAN is a registered charity trading as a social enterprise and is committed to helping other charities and social ventures thrive, grow and maximize their impact. To build sustainable businesses, social entrepreneurs need business support, experience from their peers, capital funds and even space to grow. That’s where CAN helps through CAN Invest services and CAN Mezzanine, charity office space.

Social Enterprise Day ties in perfectly with an exciting event that CAN Mezzanine are hosting from Tuesday 15th November until Friday 18th November so stay tuned...
